SPED PARTNER became one of the three finalist and won the second place in the nationwide plebiscite “Przyjazny Pracodawca TSL 2015” (The Friendly Employer 2015). The contest’s results were announced on 5th of November during TransPoland 2015 Fair. This first edition of the plebiscite was dedicated to companies operating within the field of Transport, Forwarding Trade and Logistics, which demonstrate an exceptional care about the employees and the conditions of employment. The main idea of the prize “Przyjazny Pracodawca 2015” (The Friendly Employer 2015)attribution was the promotion of these companies which are concerned about the stability and the development of the working places, the development of the competencies and the talents, the organization variety and ensuring proper work conditions at the same time. The plebiscite also provided an opportunity for the employer to weigh their companies against the others.  The initiators and the organizers of the plebiscite were the International Fair of Transport and Logistics TransPoland and the editors of www.pracujwlogistyce.pl
